At Halpin, we are committed to educating, empowering, and connecting our youth workforce with employment opportunities. Currently, the US youth employment rate is lower than it was in 2019. Youth workers ages 16-24 make up about 55.3% of our workforce. Halpin’s youth workforce program gives high school students the knowledge and confidence to navigate today's workforce.
